💰 Payments & Customer Experience
Customer Portfolio Payment Limits: You can now set maximum card payment amounts to manage risk. Limits can be set at the company level or specifically for different portfolios (e.g., lower limits for high-risk segments).
Global Document Repository: Upload and store “Global Documents” (like Terms & Conditions or standard contracts) and reuse them across various communications without re-uploading.
Customer Portal 2.0 Statement Options: You can now manage and customize how statements are downloaded directly within the Customer Portal.
⚡ Automation & Workflow Precision
Reactive Workflow Triggers (Bounced/Undelivered): Never miss a communication gap. You can now set workflow triggers based on bounced emails or undelivered SMS, allowing for immediate follow-up via an alternative channel.
Pause Chasing: Need to give a customer a break? You can now set a specific date to “Pause Chasing,” automatically resuming your dunning sequence once the date passes.
Parent-Child Timeline Sync: For complex account structures, enabling this setting ensures that emails sent to a parent account regarding child invoices are visible on the child’s timeline.
Bulk Promises to Pay (PTP): Save time on manual entry by bulk-creating “Promises to Pay” via a simple CSV upload.
🧩 Streamlined Reconciliation
Auto-Upload Remittances from Email: Kolleno now monitors incoming emails for remittance advices and automatically uploads them to your universal remittance list, ready for matching.
NACHA File Support: We’ve expanded our bank reconciliation capabilities to support NACHA file formats, making it easier for US-based teams to process bank transactions.
📊 Data Management & Reporting
Email Engagement Report: Gain deep insights into how your customers interact with your emails. Track open rates, clicks, and engagement to optimize your dunning templates.
Audit Log Exports: For better compliance and internal tracking, you can now export your full audit logs to keep a record of all platform activity.
Tag Categories & Custom Columns: Organize your data your way. You can now categorize tags and display them as separate, sortable columns in your main views.
NetSuite Invoice Contact Sync: We’ve optimized our NetSuite integration. The system now imports contacts from invoices more intelligently, eliminating duplicates and ensuring your emails reach the right person.
