When setting up strategies, we’ve added this option:
It means that the strategy will only consider due or overdue invoices based on the selection (default is “all”). This was a user request so they can have strategies with templates that are only reminders before it gets overdue.
Happy to say we have now release an integration with OpenAI ChatGPT.
When replying to an email, you will see a button “Generate reply”. The first time you use it, it will ask you to accept OpenAI Privacy Policy. Then you will see an auto-generated reply.
Please note the option is not available for new threads: only when replying to inbound/outbound emails.
