Flexible Report Scheduling: Automate your reporting by scheduling custom views for immediate distribution to multiple users at once.
Browser Tab Shortcuts: Multitask more effectively by opening any main navigation item in a new tab using standard browser shortcuts (Cmd+Click on Mac).
Contact Creation Timestamps:Track account activity and audit stakeholder history by viewing exactly when your team added a specific contact to the platform.
Agent Performance Dashboard: You can now visualize user activity with a dedicated dashboard that tracks manual communications, including emails and calls, to monitor and optimize agent performance.

Invoice-Level Audit Logs: Enhance compliance with detailed logs for every record. You can now access specific invoice-level audit logs to track every change made to a document.

Frictionless Reconciliation

Full Payment Source View: Gain total transparency with a complete view of all data details retrieved directly from your transaction data.
Expanded File Support (BAI2): You can now upload BAI2 files for bank transactions directly into reconciliation.
Auto-Remittance Suggestions: The system now automatically suggests invoices to match against payments from your uploaded remittance files, removing the need for manual file selection.

🧠 Automation Logic

Stripe Auto-Charge Retries: Maximize revenue recovery by building workflows that automatically retry auto-charges if a payment fails, now with full support for Stripe payments.
Smart Workflow Pausing: Maintain workflow continuity by pausing customers at a specific node whenever you disable chasing. The system resumes their journey exactly where it stopped once you re-enable their status. 

🔗 Deeper Integrations

Creditsafe Integration: You can now pull customer credit scores and limits directly into Kolleno to inform your credit decisions.
QuickBooks Surcharges: The integration now pushes surcharges directly to your QuickBooks account as “Surcharge Revenue” for accurate revenue tracking.
NetSuite Sync Control: You can now request custom adjustments for your NetSuite daily synchronization directly through our support team.
