🤖 AI-Detected Promises to Pay
Kolleno’s AI now automatically identifies payment commitments in customer emails, so you never miss an upcoming payment.
- The AI scans inbound emails for phrases like “We’ll pay next week,” creates a draft Promise to Pay with an expected date, and links it to the right invoice, using a default 7-day estimate if no date is mentioned.

🏷️ Streamlined Tags Management
Managing invoice tags is now faster and more flexible.
- Search for tags instantly using the new search bar, making it faster to find exactly what you need.
- Add or remove tags in bulk across multiple invoices, helping you reorganize or clean up your data in seconds instead of updating each invoice manually.

🧾 Quick Notes from the Invoice Table
You can now view and create notes directly from your Invoice Table View, no need to open each invoice individually.
- See the latest note instantly by enabling the “Latest note” column under Filters & Columns to quickly view the most recent update for every invoice.

- Create a new note directly from the platform view without navigating from the table view.

⚙️ Workflows and Filters
Get more control over your automations with new workflow actions and smarter filtering options.
- Run or skip workflow steps instantly, allowing you to bypass delays or trigger actions manually when needed, perfect for handling exceptions or time-sensitive follow-ups.

- Filter customers by active group workflow status to prevent Customer-level workflows from sending messages to customers already covered by a Customer Group workflow.

- Filter by days since latest note modified to target invoices or customers that haven’t been updated recently, helping you prioritize accounts that may need a follow-up.

- Filter by days since any installment was due to easily identify customers or invoices with overdue payment plans and prioritize follow-ups based on how late the installment is.

🤑 Stripe with InterPayments on Kolleno
Kolleno now supports compliant surcharging through InterPayments, so you can pass processing fees to customers automatically.
- Automatically calculate and display surcharges on Stripe payment links by connecting InterPayments. Kolleno uses InterPayments to determine the correct fee based on card-network and state rules, then shows customers a full breakdown, original amount, surcharge, and total, before they pay.

🔌 Integrations
- Access Amazon Connect call controls within Kolleno, allowing your team to place and receive calls without switching platforms.
- Connect Workday to Kolleno to enable automated, secure data syncing. Once connected, Kolleno can read and update customer accounts, invoices, payments, and financial data directly from Workday, ensuring both systems stay aligned.
