This October brings more than falling leaves — it brings smarter invoicing, sharper dashboards, and stronger controls in Kolleno. You can now exclude invoices from automatic charging, giving your team more flexibility with disputed or non-card payments. In addition, payments tab access provides admins tighter control over sensitive data. Workflow alert emails keep you on top of automations and notify you if anything needs your attention. And with the ability to connect multiple Stripe accounts, payments are now routed seamlessly across portfolios.
Let’s dive deeper into each update:
🧾 Smarter Invoices Management
Simplify how you manage invoices with flexible charging, clear statuses, and accurate communication.
- Exclude invoices from automatic charging: You can now exclude specific invoices, individually or in bulk, from automatic charging, ideal for disputes or non-card payments.
- View Assigned Contacts When Emailing an Invoice: When composing an email linked to an invoice, the assigned contacts now pop up at the top of the email screen, ensuring your message goes to the right recipient without searching.
- New “Credited” status: Invoices status automatically update when offset by a credit note, giving you a clear view of which balances have been reduced by a credit, rather than payment.
🔑 Payment Access Controls
Decide exactly who can view and manage payments.
- Payments tab access: Admins can now control who sees and manages ERP Payments, Kolleno Payments, and Payouts — keeping sensitive payment data visible only to the right users.
🧼 UI & Usability Enhancements
Better visibility, smarter dashboards, and fewer distractions to help you work more efficiently.
- Tag font contrast: We’ve improved the font color contrast for tags, making them easier to read at a glance. This small change ensures key information stands out more clearly.
- Multi-company dashboard view: You can now view up to 50 companies at once, making it easier for multi-entity organizations to track performance without constant switching.
- Dashboard date filters: Filters now support both “From” and “To” ranges, giving you more precise control over reporting periods.
- Strategies removed: The unused “Strategies” section has been removed, simplifying the UI and reducing confusion.
- .msg file uploads: You can now upload .msg files directly, storing emails alongside invoices and payments for a fuller audit trail.
- Table rendering in email preview: Tables now render properly in email previews, keeping structured details (e.g., payment schedules or invoice breakdowns) clear and easy to read.
📊 Statements & Reporting
Export and reconcile statements more easily, with full account history at your fingertips.
- Statements in Excel or CSV: Export customer statements directly from the app or portal, making it simple to share, reconcile, or analyze.
- NetSuite refunds in statements: Refunds now appear automatically in customer statements, ensuring they always reflect the true account history.
🔔 Seamless Workflows & Notifications
Get manual control, clearer error details, and daily alerts to keep workflows on track.
- Run workflows instantly or skip delays when needed: You can now start workflows manually and skip nodes when needed, adding flexibility for handling exceptions.
- Email deliverability alerts: Get notified of potential delivery issues so you can act before customer communications are impacted.
- ERP error details: Failed ERP actions now display the exact error message, helping you quickly diagnose and resolve issues without support.
- Daily workflow alerts digest email: Admins can now receive a daily digest summarizing all active workflow alerts. Each digest includes the issue, explanation, and recommended fixes, sent straight to your inbox.
💳 Stripe Multi-Account Support
Manage multiple Stripe accounts seamlessly with automatic routing.
- Multiple Stripe accounts: Connect multiple Stripe accounts and Kolleno will automatically route payments to the correct one based on portfolio assignments and stored IDs.
