Why is it important to access real-time analytics and reports?
Accessing real-time analytics and reports enables you to make informed decisions based on facts rather than assumptions or guesswork. Subsequently, it also allows you to optimise operations by gaining visibility into critical areas of your processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
How often does it sync?
Once integrated, we have access to the live data from your cloud-based systems. This ensures that all of the information in our system is up to date at any given moment, and thus triggers for automated communications are precise.
Which ERP systems do you integrate with?
We have one-click integrations built with Xero, Clio, Quickbooks, Sage, SAP, Netsuite and many others. We also have an open API enabling us to integrate with any cloud-based system.
What type of reports are available?
There are four categories of reports including Ageing Analytics, Customer Insights, Kolleno Insights, and Payments and Collections. Within Ageing Analytics you can access an overview and breakdown of invoices whose payment has been due for a longer period of time. Within Customer Insights you can access reports on your analytics broken down per customer. Within Kolleno Insights you can access reports on the impact of Kolleno on your collections and time management. Within Payments and Collections you can access reports on which collection strategies perform best.
Is there a limit to how many reports you can automate?
